Shipping policy

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment only at our location in Leander  TX. Reach out to schedule your visit.

Shipping: Shipping available to the lower 48 states with UPS Next Day Air. We ship all orders Monday thru Wednesday to ensure orders arrival within the week. Orders may be held during severe weather or unexpected delays happening in your region. You will receive an email with tracking information prior to your order shipping so you can make arrangements for your order. If you're unable to receive your order on the date specified, please contact us so we can make other arrangements.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy: In the rare events of DOA. You must send a clear digital photo in its original Gonz Aquaculture packaging within 2 hours of delivery. Our team will review and at our discretion replace items or issue store credit. Customer would be responsible for shipping cost if a replacement is issued. DOA due to shipping delays or damages caused by UPS, this includes mechanical and weather related, will NOT be covered under our DOA policy.

There are no refunds or returns, but we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you.
